  • What is Passwork?

    Passwork is a platform where you can discover and book remote workspaces—from coffee shops and co-working spaces to hotel lobbies, meeting rooms, and event halls—across Romania.

  • How do I make a booking?

    First of all, you need to create an account. After that, you can search by city and space type, choose your time slot (hour, half-day, full day, depending on the listing), enter your details, confirm, and pay online. You’ll receive a confirmation by email.

  • Do I need an account to make a booking?

    Yes, it is mandatory to create an account first. Having an account helps you manage your bookings, receipts, and preferences securely, and you don’t need to fill in your details next time you want to book.

  • Which cities are available?

    We’re growing across Romania, including Bucharest, Oradea, Iași, Cluj, Timișoara, and more. Check Explore for the latest.

  • What types of spaces can I book?

    Coffee shops, co-working spaces, hotel lobbies, meeting rooms, and event halls—each listing shows amenities and availability.

Payments, Invoices & Security

  • Can I get an invoice for the company?

    Yes, after you create your account, add your billing details to your profile, and we’ll issue an invoice accordingly. During the booking process, you can choose Individual or Company for the invoice.

  • Is my payment secure?

    Yes—payments use third-party processors that employ industry-standard security.

Changes, Cancellations & No-Shows

  • What’s the cancellation policy?

    Policies vary by space and are shown on each listing. Refunds and changes follow the provider’s terms and are in your confirmation email.

  • Can I reschedule my booking?

    If the space’s policy allows changes, you’ll see that option in your booking details, or you can contact us for support.

  • What happens if I’m late or can’t make it?

    Please check the listing’s policy. Usually, you can cancel for free up to 24 hours before your booking day. The full amount will be charged if you cancel less than a day in advance or don’t show up.
