The full amount will be charged if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or fail to show up.

Is there parking available?
No Free parking: Paid options available in the area.

Is there bike storage available?
Yes. We have our own bike rack, and there is another one available right outside the building.

Is the space wheelchair friendly?
Yes. Both the building, the floor, and the space are wheelchair friendly.

Are there pets allowed?
Yes. We love pets! If you have a pet that is not disturbing other members by either behavior or odor, you can bring them along.

Can I receive mail or packages at the coworking space?
Yes – all of our members can use our mailing address. Ask us how to add this to your membership.

Do you host events or networking opportunities?
Absolutely! From workshops and talks to casual meetups and themed networking nights, we’re big on community building.

What’s the difference between hot desks, dedicated desks, and private offices?
Hot desks are shared and used on a first-come, first-served basis. Dedicated desks are yours alone – you get the same spot every day. Private offices offer enclosed space for individuals or teams who need privacy.

Is there a minimum commitment for memberships?
We offer flexible options – from daily and weekly passes to monthly plans. No long-term commitment is necessary unless stated otherwise.

Are phone or Zoom calls allowed in shared spaces?
Yes, but we ask members to use phone booths or designated quiet areas for longer or private calls out of respect for others.

Can I host my own event or workshop in your space?
Yes! We rent out event and meeting rooms. Whether it's a workshop, product launch, or meetup, we’d love to help you host it.

Are there different access levels depending on membership type?
Yes, all types of memberships have access to the public hours, but Residents and Private offices have extended access to weekends and longer hours during the workweek (07:30 to 22:00)

Is the space secured by keycards, biometric access, or staff presence? Is there video surveillance?
Yes, we have a biometric entrance door where we use fingerprints for all Lounge4 and above. During working hours we also have a person at our Front desk. The space is all under video surveillance.

Are there lockers or safe spaces to store personal belongings overnight or during the day?
The desks are safe to leave items on during the day, and for an additional cost you can use one or more of our lockers.
